If she only knew
If she would only believe
How much love
I am wanting to give
There would be no other
No never a doubt
It would all be clear
What we're all about
Yet I walk alone
By the light of the moon
Hiding my face
So she can't see
The tares in my soul
The stain on my heart
Wondering too if she's
Alone
Walking by the light
Of the moon
Take me by the hand
And with tingling whispers
And words of truth
I'll silence the fears
For in my eyes
You will see
An undying love
Waiting to be
Yet I walk alone
By the light of the moon
Hiding my face
So she can't see
The tares in my soul
The stain on my heart
Wondering too if she's
Alone
Walking by the light
Of the moon
Thanks for coming to my blog. Nothing fancy really. Just a place for me to jot down what's on my mind at the time. Let me also say that I do not believe me to be a poet. I'm just me expressing what's on my mind whether it's in poetry form or just free jargon.
I started this blog as a way to monitor my progress after my divorce and depression that followed. I found that writing became a way for me to not only heal but discover a passion I didn't quite know existed. And I am so grateful for that.
So sit back and enjoy. Oh, by the way, some of these stories are real. Some are just little pieces of rocks that rattle inside my head. All posts are copy write protected.
